The range of RUBI sponge trowels with replaceable handle, covers all the needs of the professional tile fixer, in the cleaning phase of the grouting and end of work.
RUBI’s SUPERPRO range of sponge trowels with replaceable handle consists of a complete and varied range of models, all of them adapted to every situation:
- The SUPERPRO sponge mop, made of flexible polyurethane, with a polyether base, has a medium degree of absorption and is ideal for general cleaning of all types of surfaces, as well as being compatible with the use of acid-based cleaning products.
- The SWEEPEX® sponge pad, made of flexible polyester-based polyurethane, has a high degree of absorption and high resistance to abrasion, ideal for cleaning all types of surfaces, especially rough ones. It is not recommended for use with acid-based products.
In addition to the corresponding SUPERPRO and SWEEPEX® sponge pad refills, RUBI offers the professional tile fixer the following refills:
- ABRASIVE sponge replacement, made of high density polyethylene, ideal for all those jobs that require a higher degree of friction. Not recommended for use with acid-based products.
- Replacement sponge pad made of CELLULOSE (100% vegetable), it is especially recommended for those cleaning jobs with acid or solvent based chemical agents and especially for cleaning epoxy gaskets. It has the highest degree of absorption and resistance of all the range.
RUBI is perfectly aware of the needs of the ceramic tile installer, and for this reason it has created within its range of SUPERPRO sponges, the PLUS version, with longitudinal cuts in the sponge to facilitate and improve the collection of sediments and dirt.
All the interchangeable bases of the 30 x 13.5 cm SUPERPRO sponge pads are adaptable to the ergonomic handle (ref. 22912). They are also compatible with other brands.
